Our Andaman Sunglasses have a traditional look and feel. The colors available are grey and brown which differ in their frame color and lens color. These sunglasses have a traditional look similar to aviators but are unique with their wood top bar and wood temple tips. They are lightweight and protect your eyes from harmful rays as they cover the majority of your visible sight.
This model is named after The Andaman Reefs located off the Andaman Islands off the coast of India. The 300 islands which make up this archipelago are mainly restricted from visitors in order to protect the islands' indigenous tribes, making the reefs relatively unexplored and undiscovered.
As a result, the biodiversity here is incredible. Many unique creatures call these waters home including several critically endangered leatherback, hawksbills, green and Pacific ridley sea turtles, as well as saltwater crocodiles. The Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park helps to protect and reserve these reefs.
