Shipping, Refund & Replacement Policy
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed your order will be processed within 1 business day. Please note that if orders are submitted on the weekend they will be processed on the next business day.
- We offer Free Shipping throughout the United States to make things easy for our customers.
Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at your location.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Exchange, Returns, Warranty
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide two options: 1) a refund or 2) a replacement product of the same product you originally purchased.
- Our Refund & Replacement Policy are only valid during your Buyer Protection Period of 45 days after your purchase. Your Buyer Protection allows you to receive a refund or a replacement if you reach out to email@example.com within 45 days of your purchase. After 45 days from your purchase unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or a replacement.
- We do however offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all watches. The warranty period covers any defects to the watch movement, hands and dial. Warranty is not included from improper handling of watches, accidents, normal wear and tear or from water damage.
Refund & Replacement Policy Process:
- Please note that replacing a product is only valid if your product is defective or damaged. If you are requesting a refund, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of the email titled “Refund” and explain your reason(s) for why you wish to have the product refunded. If you are requesting a replacement, please send us an email to email@example.com with the subject of the email titled “Replacement” and explain why the product is defective. Please also attach a picture of the defective product. Once we receive your email, we will review your reason(s) for the refund or replacement and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- Due to shipping and transaction fees incurred by The Gardyn Of Earth to deliver the original product to you with free shipping, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee and instead will refund you for the price of the item. Please also note that you can only replace a product with the same product you originally purchased.
- If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically sent back to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within seven days of being approved. If you are approved for a replacement, then your replacement product will be processed within seven days of receiving your email and should arrive within 7-14 business days beyond that date. If you are denied for a refund or replacement for any reason, we will reply to your email and explain why your request does not meet our qualifications for a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your cardholder. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email titled “Late/Missing Refund”.
- Please note that a replacement product will be shipped in the same timeframe as your original purchase, generally 7-14 business days from the purchase date. If your product has not arrived after 14 business days of the day we received your replacement email request, please feel free to email us at email@example.com with the email titled “Late Replacement” and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Currency, taxes and duty
- Please note that all prices and payments made on this site are in US Dollars. For international customers, payments will be converted by your cardholder into your local currency, with the exchange rate dependent on your cardholder rates. International transaction fees may apply depending on your cardholder.
- The Gardyn of Earth is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees or any other charges issued by local governments. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customers fees or duties.
