Our Valdivian Watch has a dark brown leather strap matching perfectly with the black dial and bright wood bezel surrounding the clock face. The watch is unique from the rest in its use of roman numerals and large dial diameter at 42mm
This model is named after The Valdivian Temperate Forest in both Chile and Argentina within South America. The forest rests on a large area of land which rests directly inbetween the Pacific Ocean to the west and the southern Andes Mountains to the east.
It is home to many species which are declining in population such as the Chilean guemal, Southern River Otter, Kodkod, Southern Pudu. The main culprit is deforestation caused by intensive logging in order to replace native forest with non-native eucalyptus and pine plantations.
